The meeting point for your experience is at Gastronomic Arts Barcelona (The GAB LAB).

The class typically lasts for 2.5 to 3 hours

4. What if I am running late?
Please plan to arrive a few minutes early as we would hate for you to miss the market visit and any important information at the start of the class. If you are late and the group has already left for the market, you can meet back at the meeting point about 40 minutes after the class has started. Alternatively, there is a doorbell just above the mailbox. We will be back soon!
5. How does billing work?
Reservations made online or on-site will appear as "FORMACION LANCASTER S.L."

Yes, we host corporate, private, and custom events. Use the Private Group tab or contact us.
8. Are children allowed?
All ages are welcome, but those under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult due to safety concerns
Children 5 and under are FREE
9. Can I bring a friend who didn't register in advance?
We recommend registering in advance to secure a spot. If your friend decides to join at the last minute, please contact us to check for availability.
10. Can I bring my luggage, bags, or bike?
Yes, we have space for your items, but we don't assume responsibility for them.
11. What is the cancellation policy?
General Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your booking or part of it, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation may not always be possible and is at our discretion. This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Our standard cancellation charges cover the cost of processing your cancellation and compensate us for the risk of not being able to resell your travel arrangements.
LIVE Flamenco Show tickets are non-refundable and cannot be modified. Due to the activity being hosted by a third party, Flamenco Show Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be modified under any circumstances.
Standard Cancellation Policy (1-6 People):
For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class date.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled class date and time, the amount paid will not be refunded. Changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled date and time may not be accepted.
Refund processing can take 7-10 business days.

12. How do the gift cards work?

13. What if I have allergies?
We also offer a Chicken and Vegetarian Paella.
As everything is made fresh, the chef will confirm all allergies and preferences at the start of the class.
